Our State Of The Art Facility

A B&L web press is remanufactured, not rebuilt. And that makes a world of difference to your bottom line. A rebuilt press is little more than an overhauled machine, with its defective parts switched out for new. The result is a system short on durability, performance, and competitiveness. It will get the job done, but it won’t bring you the profits you require.

A remanufactured B&L press, on the other hand, is engineered to deliver maximum productivity and maximum profitability. In our remanufacturing process, we reuse only the original site frames, cylinder bodies, and non-wear components. Everything else is replaced or remanufactured to meet or exceed the original manufacturer’s specifications. And we do all the work in the controlled environment of our own 75,000 sq ft facility. The result is a press that is better than new. No wonder manufacturing giants like Boeing and Caterpillar have their own remanufacturing divisions to provide added-value alternatives to their customers.
