Most rebuilds are performed on site and consist of simply cleaning and reusing a majority of existing press parts, leaving you with only a slightly improved press system. At B&L, every remanufactured and enhanced press is viewed as a total system where every component is disassembled, cleaned and inspected. All wear items are replaced and, in most cases, an enhancement is incorporated. In addition, we perform the entire remanufacturing process in our own facility within a controlled environment, allowing us to precisely calibrate, check and pre-run your press for maximum performance before reinstallation at your site.
